Personal-use artwork license
Effective October 18, 2026
Your purchase is a license to use the selected digital artwork for personal purposes. It does not transfer copyright ownership or exclusive rights.
What you may do
- Download and keep a private backup of the files you purchased.
- Print them for display in your own home or personal space.
- Give a print shop the file solely to produce your personal prints. Ask the shop not to retain or reuse it.
- Resize for printing without removing signatures or watermarks.
What this license does not permit
- Reselling, sharing, distributing, or posting the downloadable files or print-ready copies.
- Using the artwork on merchandise, print-on-demand products, stock-image services, or other commercial products.
- Claiming authorship, removing signatures or watermarks, or selling altered versions.
- Using the supplied files to train AI models or create NFTs for sale.
Commercial use requires a separate written agreement. No commercial-use license is included in this shop.
Original paintings and digital versions
These digital artworks use AI-assisted reinterpretation and enhancement based on the artist’s paintings. They are not faithful photographic scans, and details may differ from the physical originals. Enhanced large files are additionally upscaled; more pixels do not establish new native detail. Review the selected version’s preview and test print before ordering a large physical print.
The artist retains rights in their original human-authored work and any protectable human contributions. This notice does not claim exclusive copyright in purely AI-generated elements or restrict rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
Files and printing
Small: 1086 × 1448 pixel PNGs, about 3.6 × 4.8 inches at 300 ppi, or 6 × 8 inches at 181 ppi with a softer result. Enhanced large: 7200 × 9600 pixel JPEGs, sized for up to 24 × 32 inches at 300 ppi. Both use a 3:4 ratio. Color and print results depend on your screen, paper, printer, and settings. No physical item is included.
Existing purchases retain the license offered at checkout; later revisions do not silently expand restrictions on earlier purchases. Mandatory consumer rights and legal exceptions remain unaffected.
